Notes: Made by Funko for Rock Across America. Only 3,000 Dead Bears of each color were produced. The Bears were sold in Green, Red, Yellow, Orange and Blue. The individual boxes when assembled from behind produce a rainbow dancing collage. The Bears were also released in a box set form where their individual boxes are inserted into a larger box that contains every color Bear, this box set only had a low production run of 500.
Comments: The Grateful Dead Bears are actually collected by a huge fan base of music fans throughout the world. The production run on every color Bear and especially the box set are very low. These seem to have hung around for quite awhile lately. I am sure that can't last for long and eventually everyone will be looking for the Bears to fill out their collections. The individual Bears are not all sculpted the exact same and simply repainted. There is 3 different poses amongst the 5 different colors, which add's to the coolness of these funko. The box set is a MUST have! There are not too many of them, so if you have to have the Bears try to add them at least in the box set form. You wont regret it at all as time passes and no one can find these. Lets Get Wacky says, " we are everywhere? what exactly are these Dancing Bears trying to say anyways?"
